State-controlled bullies masquerading as big business, Round II

I am not usually in the habit of just posting a link without making at least some comment about what it links to -- those who are interested can perfectly well find the information themselves. This, however, is such a succinct yet comprehensive summary of what will happen after Russia's upcoming "elections" in March that I have nothing to add.

I thought it was funny, but I apologize that my commentary can't transcend the cute level.

I did hear Gerry Kasparov on 'The Bill Maher Show' last year and was blown away by a) how badly things have gone for Russia since becoming a 'democracy' and b) how stunningly brilliant Kasparov is.

It is unfortunate that our current child-president is too busy chasing muslim boogey men all over the globe to bother sending any State Dept help to our ally in what seems to be a time of need.

My "cute" certainly did not mean to diminish the seriousness of what the cartoon satirizes.
